It was during that week when we got engaged when Jeff asked me if I wanted to sing with him a song in church.Okay! I thought to myself our church is pretty sizeable and for Jeff to ask me to sing with him was like a shock.If you know Jeff you will know that he is the kind of person who would rather be at the back and not be noticed by anyone.He is shy but if he gets to know you he will open up.I asked him what the special occasion was for and he dismissed the singing idea in church because I was being too curious as usual.Well we had Pamoja that Sunday May 13th and I wanted to attend since I am in the worship team.He told me that we needed to go to his parents and celebrate mother's day.I was reluctant at first because I had missed going to Pamoja the last time.So I decided after debating with him that I would go to his parents.After church we went to his parents and he seemed really emotional that day.He took me around all his childhood places around his neighborhood.He showed me where they went biking with his buddies and fishing along a small river nearby.We went to all the spots they spent their times with his friends and since it's a small town in Oklahoma it did not take us long to tour all his childhood memorials.We then went to his best budy Marshall's parents place.Met them and their family for the first time and we stayed their for like two hours.All this time I'm like okay I thought we were coming to Blanchard for mother's day or wassup.We then went back to his parents and on the way Jeff was all emotional and kept on telling me how much he loved and appreciated me. Well something was up because he seemed a little bit nervous as his hands were getting muggy.I asked him if he was okay nad he said that he was.We got to his parents place and as we were heading towards the house he stopped me.I was actually infront of him and he called my name.As I turned around he grabbed me so tightly and looked into my eyes and told me that he loved me so much and wants to spend the rest od his life with me.His eyes were welling and he knelt on the ground an popped the big question.I was sooooooooo excited as you can imagine.And the rest is history because today I am engaged and ready to be Mrs. Brunker.....I asked him why he chose to engage me at his parents....Well ask me and I will know that you read until this part.....TO BE CONTINUED IN PERSON WHEN YOU HOLLA AT ME!!!!!TOODLES
